To save time and get settled in without any extra steps, we highly recommend registering and paying for your class online.
Skip the Paperwork: By registering online, you will have already completed your waiver and payment. When you arrive, you can focus on getting ready for class instead of filling out forms.
Stay in the Loop: The only way we can notify you of a last-minute class change or cancellation is if you are registered for that specific class. Be sure to register online so you can receive important updates!
If you prefer to register in person, please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before class to fill out the waiver and complete your payment.
Arriving On Time: A Trauma-Sensitive Approach
Our classes begin promptly at 6:30 PM. We start on time to create a calm, predictable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Arriving early also allows you to settle in and gather your props without disrupting the class in progress.
Running Late?
We understand that things happen. If you have registered for class online and are running a few minutes behind, please enter the room quietly and find a spot that minimizes disruption. For your convenience, we have a "Latecomer's Kit" by the door with a mat and props so you can get started quickly.
