Your exhale is your one of most powerful tools for calming the system. It's your remote control for peace. Try extending your exhale now; just making it slightly longer than your inhale. Repeat a few times. See if you are able to add a little breath...you might start to feel tightness in the abdomen/chest softening and the inhale deepening with ease.
