"I'm thankful for the calming environment that Stephanie creates. It is very nurturing and soothing after a long, hectic day or week, yet provides enough of a challenge physically without the pressure to perform. I don't have to do what anyone else is doing, but can learn to listen to my body and what it needs for that day... more rest, more stretch, etc... I always leave feeling better than when I came!"

-TIFFANY S., YOGA PRACTITIONER

"I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie as a beginner in yoga. She was an excellent teacher, and I learned a lot in the few weeks I spent learning from her. Her stretches, poses and techniques really helped me out, I left feeling refreshed. She's a great teacher and I highly recommend Stephanie to anyone looking into yoga, all levels."

-ARTHUR F., YOGA PRACTITIONER

"I’m new to yoga and really appreciate the welcoming attitude of Stephanie and everyone involved with Grand Canyon Yoga. There is a true effort to accommodate people of different skill levels and to help everyone progress in their practice. I feel that they have created a comfortable and safe place for everyone."

-DAVID WATSON, YOGA PRACTITIONER

"I’ve been attending yoga with Stephanie for several months now. Her classes are both inviting and challenging. It’s been my experience that Stephanie is willing to spend time learning about you and about your practice, and she has a sincere desire to assist in facilitating growth and healing. "
