This is a restorative yoga practice where we move slow and focus on calming the body and mind. We use props to support our bodies in postures and hold them for longer. A perfect way to end your Monday.
Accessibility notes: Ability to get up and down from the ground.
We start promptly at 6:30 PM. To help us create a safe and predictable environment, please arrive a few minutes early.
If you are running late and have registered online, please enter quietly. A "Latecomer's Kit" with a mat and props is available by the door for your convenience. These kits are reserved exclusively for students who have registered and paid online in advance.
Gentle & slow, and sometimes we flow. This practice is focused on slowing down—holding poses longer to be more mindful of proper alignment, helping to build more strength and flexibility over time. This class is beginner-friendly, but also perfect for the seasoned practitioner looking to go deeper in their yoga practice.

A Yoga "Flow" is a style of movement. A Flow style class often moves with the breath (Inhale: 1 pose, Exhale: next pose). Flow classes have a lot of up & down (standing, down to the mat) & help build heat in the body. Watch the video clip below for an example:
