• Assessment: Reviewing your health history, mobility, and specific goals (e.g., alignment, trauma recovery, chronic pain).

• Customization: Receiving expert, one-on-one guidance that builds a practice specifically for your body and needs.

• Takeaway: Receiving a Tailored Practice Plan—a simple, effective sequence to use at home immediately.

Location & Logistics: Confirming Your Practice Space

This 1-hour in-person session is scheduled based on mutual availability and a confirmed practice space. The primary location is the Grand Canyon Recreation Center, but a suitable alternative private venue may be arranged after booking.

Please Note: Once you select a time, I will contact you within 24 hours to finalize the practice location and, if necessary, confirm a new time based on venue availability.

We require 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling requests. This policy ensures the sustainability of our small, specialized business. If you have an unforeseen emergency and cannot meet this deadline, please contact Stephanie directly for case-by-case consideration. If your instructor must cancel, we will work together immediately to find a new date that works for you.
