This is a Christ-Centered Yoga Practice that focuses on the theme of God as our Safe Place. Scripture will be read during the practice, prayer at the beginning and end. There is also a supplemental playlist you can use if you'd like.
Restorative yoga is a very gentle practice that utilizes a lot of props and moves very slow. This particular practice is all mat work, with NO standing postures.
Utilized props:
-blankets (folded large towels work too)
-1 yoga strap (can also use a scarf or anything else long and soft)
-1 Yoga bolster (firm rectangular cushion or pillow, or stacked folded blankets/large towels will also work)
-2 yoga blocks (folded blankets or towels will also work)
