Grounding & Body Scan Meditation

This grounding practice is intended to be used while lying down, and can be used by itself or as a way to prepare for your yoga practice or meditation, or a calming way to end your day and prepare for sleep.

Optional tools or props (pick what makes you most comfortable):

-pillow or folded blanket under your head

-yoga bolster, rolled/folded blanket or firm pillow/cushion under the knees if low back is tight

-blanket to cover your body.
