This guided sensory meditation will help you to pay specific attention to each sense in your current surroundings. Feel free to use it with your own music on a separate device, or without music, and just focus on the sounds around you. You may choose to sit or lie down for this guided practice; just choose a comfortable position that allows you to relax and be attentive to my voice.
