This on-demand library provides trauma-sensitive and accessible yoga practices designed to help you build internal awareness, cultivate safety, and regulate your nervous system.

Who is this for? While these practices are inclusive of everyone, they are intentionally created by a teacher who deeply understands the needs of bodies navigating chronic pain, chronic fatigue, hypermobility, and trauma.

A Note on Agency & Safety (Please Read): Your body is the highest authority in your practice. We believe every shape has many variations, and you are always in charge of your experience.

  1. Prioritize Props: Always have blocks, blankets, and a bolster (or household equivalents) nearby. We use props to ensure support, not just to deepen a variation.

  2. Practice Active Stretching: For safety and joint support (especially for hypermobility), we focus on engaging the muscle while stretching. Instead of pushing deep into a shape, ease into a variation that allows subtle sensation. Allow the breath to invite the body to soften naturally, building inner awareness without force.
