Need a quick rest? This yoga pose is great for nervous system regulation, helping you wind down before bed, or just getting a good stretch in your low back and legs!

You can do this on the floor with a yoga mat or blankets, or on your bed if you have a wall available.

ALL PROPS ARE OPTIONAL:
