The Ease Practice 1/13/26

This practice is all supine poses (laying down). We start lying down, or in any shape that feels supportive for you and can help you start to relax.

Props used:

  • bolster (optional)

  • 2 yoga blocks (can also use two folded towels or blankets)

  • 1 or 2 yoga blankets (can also opt for large folded towels, or any firm blankets that are easy to fold

  • Yoga strap (can also use a scarf or any household item easily used as a yoga strap)
