Step 1: Check Availability

Please note:

Due to the coordination required for venue booking and individual registrations, all requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to your desired date. This ensures a stress-free experience for both your group and the instructor.

Step 2: Submit a Request.

Village Group Class (Individual Sign-Up) Request Form

Venue Cancellation & Liability Policy: As the Host, you are responsible for ensuring the venue remains available for our scheduled time. If the class cannot proceed due to a venue double-booking, lock-out, or Host error, individual registration fees are non-refundable. In this event, I will provide a one-time credit to all registered participants for a future session, provided the Host secures a new venue time within 14 days.

Step 3: Secure Your Venue & Pay Rental Fees.

Once I confirm which dates work for me, contact the venue to reserve a 90-minute block.
Please note that you are responsible for any fees associated with the room rental; these are separate from the individual class registration fees.

Step 4: Get Your Link.

Email me your confirmed venue time. I will then create a private registration link for you.

Step 5: Invite Your Group.

Register & share the link with your friends! Note: All participants must register and sign the waiver at least 48 hours before class. If the 3-person minimum is not met by then, the class will be cancelled.
