Reclaiming your voice starts with being present in your body—but when the "inside" feels loud or unstable, finding that presence can be a challenge.
This month’s Sanctuary Sample is a 30-minute, all-floor-based practice (seated and supine) designed to build internal awareness through stability rather than depth. This session incorporates a yoga strap (or a household belt/scarf) to provide your nervous system with clear, physical boundaries.
By avoiding standing poses and focusing on ground-based support, we create a "low-demand" environment that is fiercely inclusive of chronically ill and hypermobile bodies.
What to expect:
Focus: Internal awareness and joint stability.
Movement: Seated and floor-based (no standing).
Tools: A yoga strap is used to provide feedback and containment for the limbs, and optional yoga blanket or thick towel/blanket.
Agency: You are encouraged to use Sober Judgment to find the level of support that feels right for your system today.
Access Details: Register for $0 to receive your private link. This practice is available to stream on-demand through March 31st.
