A new rhythm for your practice 🌿

Stephanie Washington | MAR 2

As we move into March, I am continuing to settle into the new rhythm of this healing season. While my own practice has slowed down, it has allowed me to focus more deeply on creating sustainable, stable resources for those of us navigating chronic illness and hyper mobility.

March Sanctuary Sample: 30-Minute Stability Practice ($0)

Our new monthly Sanctuary Sample is live and available for you to stream immediately. This month, I’ve curated a 30-minute, all-floor-based session (no standing poses).

We utilize a yoga strap to provide clear physical boundaries for the nervous system—focusing on stability rather than depth. This is a low-demand way to return to your body on your own timeline.

New on the Blog: The "Flexibility Trap"

I also wanted to share a new post that explores why I’ve shifted my teaching away from the "deep stretch" narrative. For years, I was praised for my flexibility—only to realize I was damaging my connective tissue because I lacked awareness of my own hypermobility.

If you’ve ever been told that you "should" do more Yin or stretch deeper, but your body is actually craving stability, this read is for you.

In this sanctuary, your lived experience is the highest authority. I’m so glad you’re here as we learn to trust our own internal voices together.
